The following are the most important considerations when selecting a venue for your next event. Christina’s offers all of the following:

  • Adequate taxi/limousine service
  • Availability and cost of shuttle service
  • Sufficient, free parking space
  • Proximity to restaurants-on site
  • Availability of recreational activities- on site
  • Reputation of area/facility for hosting meetings
  • Availability of vendors, such as audiovisual firms, entertainment, and rental companies

The Venue

  • Efficient, friendly service
  • Attractive, clean, spacious lobby
  • Adequate lighting and cleanliness of function rooms
  • Appropriate guarantee and deposit requirements
  • Check-cashing policies and types of credit cards accepted
  • Emergency exits clearly marked
  • Spacious clean bathrooms
  • Maximum floor load
  • Easy loading docks and proximity to exhibit area
  • Security of area
  • Availability of sufficient time for load-in and load-out
  • Reputation of facility
  • Availability of internet access and telephone jacks
  • Easy for attendees to locate

  • Tables: six feet long, eight feet long, schoolroom width, rounds, 60 inches, 72 inches

  • Adequate, friendly staff and personnel

  • Cost Range: tax and administrative fee, projected price increase by the time of the meeting, extra labor charges for small group functions
